We currently produce eight varietal wines – Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Syrah, Lemberger, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional – along with a Dry Rose’ and a Red Table Wine. We source the majority of our grapes from our own estate vineyard.

The palate opens with the peppery varietal characteristic we have all come to know and love, followed by dark cherry, anise, tobacco, black berries, and the slightest insinuation of French oak ending with the most delicious velvety, chewy tannin. This blend of 90 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, five percent Merlot, three percent Syrah and two percent Cabernet Franc was aged in 90 percent new French oak and bottle aged for 18 months. Each barrel of this blend was hand selected for this extraordinary wine. Aromas of dark cherry, ripe blackberries and tobacco are followed by a palate of cherry, berries, roast meats, allspice and hints of pepper, all framed by the perfect balance of French oak.
