A Harvest Experience: the art and science of making wine
If you've ever wanted to learn more about this whole harvest thing, have we got an event for you! We are teaming up with our neighbors Dineen Vineyards and Van Arnam Vineyards to bring you the complete winemaking experience (minus the 3 am alarms and permanently stained wardrobe). Experience behind-the-scenes of a working winery and learn what winemakers do during harvest—including making picking decisions, crushing grapes, and fermenting. You will also get the chance to compare and taste grapes at each stage of the process to finished wines in the bottle!
Step 1: 10:00 am - Harvest with Dineen Vineyards
Step 2: 11:30 am - Crush with Two Mountain Winery
Step 3: 1:00 pm - Fermentation with VanArnam Vineyards
